A comfortable t-shirt, track pants, clean sports shoes, and a water bottle. That's it. Don't buy a uniform yet. Once your child says "I want to come back!" (and they usually do), we'll guide you about the dobok.
That's perfectly fine. Most kids walk in on day one having never thrown a kick. Om Sir starts from the very basics — how to stand, how to breathe, how to fall safely. No child is ever left behind or made to feel "slow."
Kids aged 4–7 join our Little Champions batch. Ages 8–12 join Junior Warriors. Teens 13–17 join Teen Elite. Adults 18+ have separate Kickboxing, MMA, and Power Yoga batches.
