If you’ve been feeling like you’re constantly chasing your tail in your business lately, I want you to take a breath.
We’ve all been there. You start the day with a massive to-do list, and by 5:00 PM, you feel like you haven’t actually moved the needle on the stuff that matters.
Here’s the thing I’ve learned the hard way: Activity isn’t the same thing as progress.
If I could give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be to stop trying to do *everything* at once. Pick the one task that’s actually going to grow your business—the thing you’re secretly avoiding because it feels big or intimidating—and do that first thing in the morning. Before the emails, before the endless Slack notifications, and before the “busy work.”
Eat the frog, as they say. 🐸
Everything else usually sorts itself out once that main priority is off your plate. It sounds simple, but it’s a game-changer for your sanity.
What’s one thing you’re committing to focusing on this week to make your life a little easier? Let’s keep each other accountable in the comments! 👇
