Ever feel like you’re doing a million things at once but nothing is actually moving the needle? 😅
I’ve been there. In the early days, I fell into the trap of thinking “busy” meant “productive.” I was answering emails at midnight, color-coding my calendar, and jumping on every trend that popped up.
Spoiler alert: It’s a recipe for burnout, not growth. 📉
If I could go back and give my younger self a few tips, these would be at the top of the list:
1. **Protect your focus time.** If it’s not on the calendar, it doesn’t exist. Block out 90 minutes for deep work and ignore the notifications.
2. **Done is better than perfect.** Stop obsessing over that “perfect” launch. Get it out there, gather feedback, and iterate as you go.
3. **Know your “Why.”** When things get tough (and they will), remembering why you started is the only thing that keeps you going when the excitement fades.
Business isn’t about working the most hours—it’s about working on the right things. 💡
